Current Elliott Wave count: Wave 5

• Invalidation: 94

The investment sector is currently experiencing a prolonged consolidation phase, punctuated by a recent decline. We're interpreting this downturn as a potential 4th wave retracement. To confirm whether the 4th wave has bottomed out, we need to observe future price patterns. For now, the key invalidation level is 94. The price is currently stuck in a trendline resistance zone, and a breakout above this level is necessary to establish a higher high, higher low sequence. Furthermore, the price must also surpass one of the previous strong lower highs to validate the initiation of the 5th wave. Only then can we confidently assert that the 5th wave is underway, paving the way for an upward trajectory.
