KBL Elliott Wave: Wave 2 Complete, Bullish Rally Ahead ?

KBL bullish rally expected after 2nd wave correction, stop loss at 204

Signal: bullish

Current Elliott Wave count: Wave 2nd

• Preferred levels:
• Stop Loss: 204
• Invalidation: 178
• Breakout: 240

Our current outlook on KBL suggests that a deep corrective 2nd wave has concluded, and we are likely in the initial phase of a substantial 3rd wave rally. To manage risk, a stop-loss should be placed below 204, serving as a short-term invalidation point. The ultimate invalidation level for this bullish scenario is 178. Meanwhile, a breakout above 240 is necessary to confirm the commencement of the 3rd wave rally, providing further evidence for the anticipated uptrend.
